Using the UMax 22 Touch monitor
I’ve been testing this QHD external monitor with my new MacBook Pro – with a DVI-HDMI adapter it worked just fine [albeit at 1920×1080] with my old PowerBook G4.

See the video at the foot of this article for an overview [~14 mins]
A second video [3mins] looks at using the monitor attached to a camera as a monitor for tethering.
A Portable monitor
The monitor has an optional soft carry case which is padded, with a very soft furry interior. Keep it clean and it will protect the glossy screen,
The screen is in a solid aluminium frame/case, and has a foldable support bracket at the rear for setting the angle to use it at.
The arm can be folded flat to have the monitor flat on your desk.
Comes with…
All leads were of good quality. You might want a longer USB power lead if using on a desk, without a nearby power socket.
Note that my UK model came with a UK plug style mains charger.

Keith explains tilt and shift lenses
Keith has written a book that looks at the many ways that tilt/shift lenses can benefit your photography from a technical and creative point of view. If not in the UK check for import issues and maybe try an on-line bookshop. Keith has no connection with sales of the book.
