Anhui China, Dec 17, 2024 – Venus Optics proudly introduces not one but two incredible Tilt-shift Macro lenses for full-frame cameras: 55mm & 100mm f/2.8 Tilt-Shift 1X Macro. They both feature a precise tilt of ±10°, a shift of ±12mm, and an impressive 1:1 magnification.

These lenses allow photographers to easily manipulate the plane of focus and adjust the perspective distortions. A true 1:1 macro capability will enable it to capture fine details of the subject. This versatile combination makes both lenses essential tools for photographers working across various fields, including commercial, macro, landscape, architectural photography, and more.

Laowa’s First Tilt-Shift Macro Lens for Full-Frame Mirrorless Cameras

The Laowa 55mm and 100mm f/2.8 Tilt-Shift 1X Macro Lenses are the first tilt-shift macros featuring a fast f/2.8 aperture designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras. Due to their large image circle, they can also be used on medium-format cameras.

(Note: Limited to ±8mm shift & ±10º tilt on medium-format cameras.)

The lenses offer a precise Tilt of ±10° and a Shift of ±12mm, allowing photographers to control perspective and selective focus effortlessly to create a shallow depth of field style.

The tilt function provides ±10° adjustment, enabling photographers to manipulate the image plane for both practical and creative effects.

Outstanding Optical Performance

Engineered with exceptional optics, the lenses feature 14 elements in 11 groups for the 55mm and 13 elements in 10 groups for the 100mm. This design ensures outstanding image quality with minimal vignetting, capturing every detail with precision and clarity.

The lenses allow for flexible angles and effortless composition adjustments with two different rotation systems. There’s one 90° Rotation for changing Tilt Direction and one for shift direction with clicks at every 15°.

1X Magnification

These first-of-their-kind tilt-shift lenses offer 1:1 magnification of life-size images, capturing extensive details up close. They focus as closely as 27 cm and 32 cm from subjects, allowing photographers to shoot at short distances.

77mm Filter Thread

Designed with a built-in filter thread, these lenses allow for the easy use of screw-in filters without a separate filter holder.

Built-in Lens Support with Arca-Swiss

A lens support comes with the lens and can be easily attached to a tripod with the Arca-Swiss system.
