The large prints are on show as part of the opening exhibition at:
Leicester People’s Photography gallery, housed in the old central library, Belvoir St., Leicester.
- “I’m really happy to have been asked to exhibit a few of my favourite prints from in and around the city I choose to live in. Leicestershire photographers, at all levels of interest and skill, deserve a place to show their work. I wholeheartedly support Ian and the great work he’s doing here”
– Keith Cooper
- The prints at the exhibition are ‘one-off’ versions created specially for the opening show. Whilst these prints will be available for sale at the end of the show, Keith works in several different media and is happy to discuss bespoke prints at larger and smaller sizes, along with options for mounting and display.
The gallery has been created in the old library building, on the corner of Wellington street and Belvoir street.
It is open to the public from Friday the 16th of September 2011.
The photographs were all taken with a 21 megapixel Canon EOS 1Ds Mk3 camera, by Keith Cooper.
The prints were individually made with a Canon iPF8300 printer, also by Keith Cooper.
Paper was supplied by Paper Spectrum in Leicester. Lamination and finishing by John E Wright of Leicester
There are many more examples of his fine art prints in the Gallery on this site.
Keith’s work is widely used for promoting local businesses in Leicester.
