Commercial Photography Prices

Listed here are the prices and fees for all of Northlight Images’ commercial photography services.

If you would like the services of a commercial photographer, or require a written quotation, please give us a call to discuss your needs.

We can give you a breakdown of our rates and will clearly explain the options that best suit your exact needs. If you have any specific service or specialist requirements, please let us know.

We are always happy to quote an "all-inclusive price" which includes all charges for us to take, process and supply images for specific usage. The details on this page are for your guidance, since we don't like hidden costs ourselves, and don't see why you should either.

As with all our prices we will quote these in advance (if they apply) and are happy to discuss your exact requirements. The figures to the right represent typical values for larger projects.

Additional specialist image manipulation (Photoshop) is by prior arrangement and depends on the type of work undertaken.

Your photos...

We supply images in RGB digital formats on CDs. We will usually supply high resolution files in TIFF or Photoshop format at a 'print ready' resolution of 300dpi. JPEGs, other format files and other resolutions as required.

Please note that as part of our quality control procedures, we will only supply images in CMYK formats upon receipt of precise ICC profiles and/or conversion details, along with a written specification of the conversion requirements (Note there may be a charge for some CMYK image conversion work).

Our aim is to provide a service that fits your needs.

We supply digital images for commercial organisations throughout the UK and pride ourselves on not only supplying the photos, but any expertise you might want to get the very best out of them. Using Northlight Stock images

This is where you just to license a specific image from our collection for a particular use.

We will always provide you with a license to use images in an agreed manner.

Our licensing details and other important information is available in our standard terms and conditions for commercial photography services.

There are several different categories of image use such as:

As a one-off in a leaflet, newsletter, press release or in-house magazine; and/or

Kept on file to appear several times in different publications; and/or

Over an annual or biennial cycle, including use in brochures, web sites and exhibition stands.

Image processing	From £20 to £270 (£45 a typical 1/2 day job)
Additional bespoke Photoshop work	Charged on an hourly basis at £85 per hour or part thereof.
