A couple of comments suggesting that uncompressed video out of the HDMI port is possible - one says that it is just a firmware fix, and the other suggests that it will appear in upcoming models

Sent after our visit to the Focus show yesterday, a suggestion that the 3D is for next Spring and aimed firmly at D3s/D4 ISO performance - no details though :-(
